Project Manager – Large‑Scale Roads & Infrastructure

About the role

Al Marwan Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large‑scale roads and infrastructure projects across the UAE. The role oversees the full project lifecycle, ensuring safe, on‑time and on‑budget delivery of highways, bridges, tunnels, interchanges, earthworks and utility networks.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and deliver major infrastructure projects, managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Develop and monitor schedules, resource plans and performance targets, applying corrective actions as needed.
• Control project finances – budgeting, cost control, forecasting, procurement and profitability.
• Administer contracts under FIDIC conditions, handling risks, claims, variations and contractual obligations.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, developers and UAE government authorities to secure approvals, permits and NOCs.
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, quality standards and QA/QC procedures throughout all phases.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• PMP certification or equivalent is highly preferred.
• 15–20 years of heavy civil engineering experience, with at least 7–10 years recent UAE experience.
• Proven track record as Lead Project Manager on complex infrastructure projects.
• Professional membership or chartership (ICE, ASCE, PMI or equivalent) is advantageous.
