Project Manager - Luxury Events & Brand Experiences

About the role

A boutique luxury events and experiential agency in Dubai, which creates, plans and executes high-end events and brand experiences for international and regional brands in fashion, jewellery, luxury watches, beauty and premium lifestyle, is looking for a Project Manager. The Dubai/Middle East operation works with international clients, regional stakeholders, creative teams, production partners and luxury brands. The role is on-site.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute luxury events and brand experiences, managing projects from brief through concept, planning, production, execution and completion
• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets and resource requirements, and manage several projects at once while keeping quality standards high
• Deliver projects on time, within budget and to client expectations, and identify risks and contingency plans
• Lead project meetings and keep clear communication with all stakeholders
• Build relationships with senior representatives of luxury brands, act as their main contact, lead briefings and presentations, and handle VIPs and confidential launches with discretion
• Oversee events such as fashion shows, jewellery and watch launches, gala dinners, brand activations, press events, influencer events, pop-ups and corporate events
• Work with creative teams, designers, set designers, production teams and technical specialists to turn client briefs into viable event solutions

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management or a related field
• At least 5 years of project management experience with a proven track record of delivering projects
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
• PMP, PRINCE2 or other project management certification preferred

Required skills

• Project planning and scheduling, budget and cost control, risk management
• Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera, Jira or Asana
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once
