Project Manager Offshore Island Project

About the role

The Project Manager will lead the full lifecycle of offshore island EPC projects, ensuring safe, timely and cost‑effective delivery in line with client and business objectives. This senior position carries full P&L accountability and oversees scope, schedule, cost, risk, resources and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Formulate project teams, conduct kick‑off meetings and develop execution and subcontracting strategies.
• Establish work procedures, schedules, budgets, staffing plans and vendor lists in collaboration with the planning team.
• Manage technical issues, report progress to senior management and clients, and ensure compliance with HSSE and quality standards.
• Maintain project financials, including cost control, revenue delivery, margin management and cash collection.
• Lead risk identification and mitigation, change management processes and client negotiations on scope or specifications.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Instrumentation or Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 15 years of experience in the oil & gas industry, including 3+ years as a Project Manager on medium to large EPC projects.
• Proven experience in on‑shore and offshore EPC, brownfield projects and HSSE leadership.
