About the role
The Project Manager will lead end‑to‑end execution of offshore oil & gas EPC/EPCIC projects, from award through to handover. The role is responsible for strategy, planning, governance and overall project profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement project execution strategy, management plans and governance framework.
- Manage scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk and resources across multidisciplinary teams.
- Monitor performance through KPIs, dashboards and milestone plans, driving timely decisions.
- Oversee change management, variation orders, claims and contractual compliance.
- Lead project reviews, reporting and stakeholder communication.
- Ensure successful offshore installation, hook‑up, commissioning, startup and project closeout.
