Project Manager – Offshore Oil & Gas EPC/EPCIC

About the role

Lead end-to-end execution of offshore oil & gas EPC/EPCIC projects, overseeing all phases from award through handover while ensuring profitability, compliance, and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement project execution strategy, plans, and governance framework.
• Manage scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, and resources to meet project objectives.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, marine operations, quality, and HSE.
• Monitor performance via KPIs, dashboards, and milestone schedules.
• Handle change management, variation orders, claims, and contractual obligations.
• Conduct project reviews, reporting, and ensure compliance with client and statutory requirements.
• Drive risk identification, mitigation, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee offshore installation, hook‑up, commissioning, startup, and project closeout activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large offshore EPC/EPCIC projects.
• Strong ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate complex activities.
• Excellent decision‑making skills to mitigate schedule delays and risks.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
