Project Manager - Port & Terminal Infrastructure

About the role

We are looking for a commercially‑aware Project Manager with experience in ports, terminals, logistics or related industrial infrastructure. The role will manage capital projects from initial assessment through design, procurement, construction, commissioning and handover, taking full ownership of delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Support the assessment and feasibility of new port, terminal, warehouse and logistics development opportunities.
• Review site information, operational requirements, surveys, utilities, marine constraints and authority requirements.
• Develop preliminary layouts, scope definitions, concept designs and implementation strategies, including ROM CAPEX estimates and project schedules.
• Prepare and manage consultant scopes, technical briefs and design deliverables across civil, structural, MEP, marine and specialist disciplines.
• Coordinate design inputs from operations, commercial, IT, HSE, finance and other stakeholders; review drawings, specifications and calculations to identify gaps and constructability issues.
• Prepare tender packages, participate in clarification meetings, evaluate bids and support procurement and commercial decisions.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing infrastructure projects in ports, terminals, logistics or related sectors.
• Ability to take genuine ownership of projects and drive them independently.
• Strong commercial awareness and capability to work across technical, operational, commercial and stakeholder interfaces.
• Technical depth to challenge consultants, contractors and proposed solutions while maintaining focus on programme, cost, risk and operational requirements.
