Project Manager – Roads & Infrastructure (UAE)

About the role

The Company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large‑scale roads and infrastructure projects across the Northern Emirates. You will be responsible for delivering highways, bridges, tunnels and utility networks safely, on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all project phases from mobilization through handover, including complex civil structures and utility networks.
• Manage schedules, resources and budgets to control costs and maximise profitability.
• Act as the primary liaison with clients, consultants and subcontractors, securing approvals and NOCs from local authorities.
• Enforce strict QA/QC and HSE standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify technical and commercial risks early and provide regular progress reports to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• 12‑15+ years of civil construction experience, including 5+ years as a Project Manager on major infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience in the UAE, especially Sharjah or the Northern Emirates.
• Track record delivering bridges, tunnels and extensive utility networks.
• PMP certification preferred and a valid UAE driving licence.
