Project Manager - Software Implementation

About the role

Quorum Software is seeking a Project Manager to lead software implementation projects across the Middle‑East region. The role combines hands‑on project delivery with strategic relationship building, supporting the company’s digital transformation initiatives for oil & gas clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage large, complex, enterprise‑level software implementation projects from initiation to closure.
• Plan, scope, estimate costs, schedule resources, and design technical solutions.
• Organise and facilitate project status meetings, prepare progress reports, and ensure quality control.
• Monitor project metrics, manage risks and issues, and apply corrective actions to stay on schedule.
• Coordinate multiple agile teams and integrate activities across departments.
• Implement people, process, and tool improvements to boost team efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering business‑oriented IT/software solutions in the oil & gas sector.
• Familiarity with production operations or upstream functions is preferred.
• Strong ability to transition between detailed project execution and high‑level program strategy.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
