Project Sales Manager

About the role

The Project Sales Manager will work closely with the Head of Business Development to design and execute a sales plan for projects across the assigned territory. The role focuses on expanding the customer base, managing existing accounts, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales activities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage existing accounts and acquire new accounts within the territory.
• Identify potential projects and market opportunities, define sales strategy and quarterly targets.
• Conduct product demonstrations, gather technical specifications, and collaborate with the technical team for accurate quotations.
• Prepare and negotiate commercially viable quotations, finalize orders, and ensure successful implementation.
• Build and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, engineers, contractors, builders, and promoters.
• Coordinate with sales coordination, production, and dispatch teams to guarantee timely delivery.
• Resolve customer complaints, investigate issues, develop solutions, and report recommendations to management.
• Follow up on unpaid invoices, coordinate with finance for LCs and other documents, and maintain an up‑to‑date pricing database.
• Achieve or exceed aggressive sales objectives and targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project‑oriented sales or business development.
• Strong ability to manage multiple accounts and build long‑term client relationships.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on accurate quotation and pricing management.
