Project Sales Manager

About the role

The Project Sales Manager will drive sales activities and growth initiatives for project‑focused business in the Oil & Gas and Utility sectors across the assigned territory. Working closely with field application engineers, you will build a robust pipeline, manage quotations, and lead commercial negotiations to meet sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Own sales objectives and growth targets for the territory, adjusting strategies to achieve goals.
• Develop relationships with C‑Level contacts across key accounts.
• Add value during FEED/design stages, manage quotation processes, and lead negotiations.
• Coordinate promotions, channel programs, and networking to maximize pipeline growth.
• Collaborate with marketing to identify new opportunities and shape commercial strategy.
• Provide order‑management support leveraging local and regional teams.
• Support project team goals by expanding coverage with EPCs and contractors.
• Offer system design assistance and application support for IEC assemblies.
• Gather customer feedback for product management and roadmap development.
• Report monthly and quarterly business highlights, including sales activity, costs, and key actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technical or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of sales experience, primarily with Oil & Gas and Utilities customers.
• Strong knowledge of industry codes and standards.
• Proven ability to read plans and specifications.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
