Project Surveyor

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and collaborative Project Surveyor to join our dynamic team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. You will deliver comprehensive surveying and measurement services across diverse projects, supporting senior team members with accurate quantity take‑offs, cost planning, and Bills of Quantities preparation. This role offers exposure to major infrastructure projects throughout the UAE and the wider region.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the project team in measurement tasks using AECOM measurement software such as CostX and AutoCadd for pre‑ and post‑contract estimates.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities, value site progress, produce change‑management reports, and administer variations and final accounts.
• Liaise with the project team lead on day‑to‑day tasks to keep commercial deliverables aligned.
• Adhere to quality‑control requirements and ensure procedural compliance.
• Obtain market feedback through project‑related quotations and support benchmarking, data collection, and internal reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or another construction‑related field.
• 1–2 years of post‑graduate experience in surveying, measurement, or cost estimation.
