Project Surveyor – Measurement (Dubai)

About the role

AECOM is seeking Project Surveyors (Measurement) to join its Cost Management team in Dubai South. The role focuses on accurate measurement, quantity take‑offs, cost planning and the preparation of Bills of Quantities across a variety of infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities

• Undertake measurement and quantity take‑offs from drawings, specifications and BIM models.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities, schedules of quantities and other measurement documentation.
• Support cost planning, feasibility studies and detailed cost estimates.
• Analyse tender returns, maintain cost databases and assist with post‑contract valuations.
• Utilise digital measurement tools and cost management software, contributing to process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant industry experience in measurement, quantity surveying or estimating.
• Ability to work under senior surveyors and deliver accurate work within agreed timescales.
