Projects Coordinator (Offshore Technology)

About the role

ADNOC Logistics & Services, the logistics arm of ADNOC Group, is hiring a Projects Coordinator (Offshore Technology) in Abu Dhabi. The role coordinates project activities between end users, third-party contractors and the Projects Division, organises the resources needed for EPC projects and follows them up until close-out, ensuring contractor compliance with warranty conditions. It is an external contract position.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities between end users, third-party contractors and the Projects Division, and organise the resources needed for planned activities.
• Follow up on resources and materials so that EPC projects complete on time, and ensure contractors comply with warranty conditions.
• Update data and reports from the Plant Maintenance and Project System modules.
• Take part in preliminary scheduling of major projects with Planning Engineers and Project Managers, and follow up on materials, asset movements and work progress.
• Support Project Managers and Planning Engineers at site, help with correspondence and coordinate with IT staff on system issues.
• Visit workshops and warehouses to check repair status, spare availability and project receipts.
• Help prepare annual budget requirements, including scope, schedule and resource allocation.
• Order materials and initiate service procurement orders after the work scope is finalised.
• Maintain third-party tenders in SAP, including work order preparation, invitations to bid, technical and commercial evaluation and awarding via service work orders.
• Prepare change order review forms and obtain internal approval.
• Update weekly reports on material and repair equipment status, and organise spare parts logistics with the warehouse.
• Maintain inventory assets at shipyards, monitor and record weight control data and report it graphically.

Required profile

• Minimum diploma, preferably a relevant degree.
• 5 years of experience in the same or similar job, including at least 3 years in oil and gas or maritime/shipping logistics.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP.
• Familiarity with work order preparation, technical and commercial evaluation, bids and awards.
