Projects Coordinator Robotics

About the role

The Projects Coordinator Robotics will manage robot rental, sales, delivery and showroom activities from preparation through completion. The role blends technical knowledge of robot setup with strong logistical coordination and customer support.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare robots for rentals, sales, deliveries and demonstrations, including setup, software configuration, branding, charging and quality checks.
• Coordinate project schedules, allocate robots, book drivers, manage deliveries, collections and customer handovers while ensuring all accessories and tools are ready.
• Maintain the showroom by keeping robots charged, tested, clean and ready for demos, and support visitors with basic product demonstrations.
• Monitor and replenish showroom supplies, packaging materials and accessories, and keep accurate stock records.
• Record project‑related expenses, transport charges and operational costs in Zoho Books, ensuring proper documentation.
• Conduct customer onboarding for purchased or rented robots, providing setup guidance, feature walkthroughs and ongoing remote support.
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate team, maintaining detailed support records.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Electronics, Engineering, IT or a related technical field.
• Strong coordination, organization and documentation skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Excellent written and spoken English and comfortable communication with customers, drivers, venues and internal teams.
• Willingness to travel to customer or project locations and work flexible hours when required.
