Promotion Manager

About the role

HFM, a multi‑asset broker, is looking for a Promotion Manager to act as the gatekeeper for all marketing, advertising and promotional activities. The role ensures that every public‑facing communication complies with Capital Market Authority (CMA) regulations while supporting the firm’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Collect client data to build risk profiles and assess risk‑affordability.
• Conduct market research on retail customer needs and preferences for CFD products.
• Design and launch targeted promotional campaigns to increase brand visibility and attract new retail clients.
• Collaborate with compliance, legal and risk teams to align marketing strategies with internal policies.
• Oversee all promotional materials (print, digital, roadshows, seminars) for CMA compliance.
• Ensure mandatory risk warnings and regulatory disclosures are present in all client‑facing content.
• Maintain structured records of campaigns and report compliance risks to senior management and the CMA.
• Analyse campaign performance and provide improvement recommendations.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months of experience in financial marketing or regulatory compliance.
• Strong understanding of UAE financial market regulations and CMA rules.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with compliance, legal and finance teams.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical mindset.

Required skills

• Knowledge of UAE financial market regulations.
• Experience reviewing and approving regulated financial marketing content.
