Property Advisor – Off‑Plan (UAE Experience)

About the role

Tanami Properties is seeking a motivated Property Advisor specialized in off‑plan projects to join its Dubai‑based team. You will work directly with investors, end‑users and developer sales teams to guide clients through upcoming property purchases and maximize sales opportunities in the fast‑growing UAE market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with investors, end‑users and developer sales teams.
• Advise clients on project details, payment plans, ROI and market trends.
• Conduct property presentations, attend project launches and represent the company at real‑estate events.
• Generate and manage leads through marketing campaigns, referrals and networking.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience in Dubai, preferably in luxury real‑estate.
• Self‑motivated with the ability to generate business independently.
• Strong investment mindset and solid market understanding.
• Professional, ambitious and performance‑driven.
• Fluent English (mandatory).
