Property Advisor – Sales, Leasing & Management

About the role

Heritage Properties is seeking a Property Advisor to advise buyers, investors, landlords and tenants across the Dubai market. You will work across off‑plan, secondary and rental segments, building long‑term client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on market opportunities, handling enquiries, viewings, negotiations and transactions from first meeting to handover.
• Manage a portfolio of rental properties for landlords, coordinating tenants and maintenance.
• Build relationships with area specialists and quality‑focused developers.
• Work directly with the founder to develop advisory skills and grow a personal client base.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of Dubai residential real‑estate experience.
• Valid RERA broker card (BRN) and UAE driving licence.
• Polished, articulate and confident with clients at all levels; degree preferred.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
