Property Consultant

About the role

Betterhomes is seeking enthusiastic Property Consultants to join its high‑performing team in Sharjah. You will work alongside experienced agents, leveraging the company’s extensive lead network to help clients buy, sell, or rent properties.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on qualified leads provided by the brokerage.
• Conduct property viewings, market properties, and negotiate offers.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients.
• Collaborate with the Client Partnership team to secure hot listings.
• Provide accurate market information and advice to buyers and sellers.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience in a high‑performing environment (real estate, automotive, recruitment, luxury retail, cabin crew, etc.).
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Valid driving licence.
• Proactive, can‑do attitude and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, competitive yet supportive setting.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Resilient with a passion for delivering results and building client relationships.
