About the role

We are seeking French‑speaking Property Consultants to join our Dubai team. The role focuses on selling off‑plan and primary market properties from leading developers while delivering exceptional client service.

Key responsibilities

• Sell off‑plan and primary market properties from local and international developers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Understand client property requirements, investment goals, and budgets.
• Conduct property presentations and project briefings.
• Manage the complete sales process from consultation to booking and handover.
• Attend project launches, roadshows, exhibitions, and industry events.
• Coordinate with developers on unit availability, reservations, DLD forms, and documentation.
• Follow up on assigned leads and keep accurate CRM records.
• Stay updated on new launches, payment plans, offers, and market developments.
• Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and internal processes.

Required profile

• Fluent in French.
• Previous experience in real estate or property sales is preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Client‑focused and target‑driven approach.
• Good knowledge of the Dubai real estate market.
• Professional and confident personality.
