Property Consultant

About the role

The Property Consultant role is a full‑time, on‑site position in Dubai, focused on advising clients on residential properties, guiding them through buying or renting, and delivering a professional client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Identify client needs and present suitable investment options.
• Conduct property viewings and prepare detailed proposals.
• Negotiate offers to achieve favourable terms for clients.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
• Stay updated on market trends, new developments and regulatory changes.
• Collaborate with internal teams, developers and external partners.

Required profile

• Strong consulting and advisory abilities with a focus on client needs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, confident presentation skills.
• Proven sales experience, including lead generation and closing transactions.
• Solid understanding of real‑estate concepts, preferably in the Dubai residential market.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work on‑site in Dubai with flexibility for client meetings and viewings.
