About the role

Nationwide Middle East Properties LLC is seeking experienced Property Consultants to join its sales team in Abu Dhabi. This commission‑based role focuses on generating business, advising clients, and closing property deals across both primary and secondary UAE markets.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals and lead generation.
• Advise clients on buying, selling and investment opportunities in the UAE.
• Handle property transactions in both primary and secondary markets, including viewings, presentations and negotiations.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and consistently achieve sales targets.
• Stay updated on market trends, new developments, pricing, regulations and investment opportunities.

Required profile

• Prior UAE real estate sales experience with proven success in both primary and secondary markets.
• Strong understanding of UAE property market, major communities and developments.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and comfortable working in a commission‑based environment.
• Professional appearance and client‑service mindset.
