Property Consultant – Real Estate Sales & Leasing

About the role

Azco Real Estate Brokers is seeking motivated Property Consultants to join its fast‑growing team in Dubai. You will act as the primary liaison between buyers, investors and developers, focusing on off‑plan projects and new launches.

Key responsibilities

• Introduce buyers and investors to off‑plan developments and new developer launches.
• Explain project details, including layouts, pricing, payment plans and timelines.
• Generate leads through referrals, networking events, exhibitions and direct conversations.
• Guide clients through the booking and documentation process.
• Maintain long‑term relationships with buyers, investors and developer partners.
• Stay updated on market trends, new launches and investment opportunities.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and comfortable working independently as well as within a team.
• Confident communicator who enjoys client‑facing interactions.
• Familiarity with Dubai’s property market is a plus.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Fluent in English; additional languages such as Russian, Mandarin, Arabic, French, German, Spanish or Farsi are highly desirable.
