About the role
Full-time on-site Property Consultant role based in Dubai, responsible for managing property sales and rentals, providing consultancy services, conducting market research, and maintaining client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Manage property sales and rentals.
- Provide consultancy services to clients.
- Conduct market research and analysis.
- Develop and maintain client relationships.
- Deliver excellent customer service.
Required profile
- Consulting skills with focus on real estate investment and portfolio management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Customer service experience, especially in client relationship management.
- Sales experience in real estate.
- Strong knowledge of the Dubai and UAE real estate market.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Kannada, Telugu, Hindi, Marathi, Punjabi) a plus.
