About the role

As a Property Consultant you will guide clients through buying residential properties, providing professional advice and personalized solutions that meet their real‑estate needs.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers and investors, offering expert guidance throughout the purchase process.
• Educate clients on property features, benefits, market trends and investment opportunities.
• Conduct property tours, site visits and detailed presentations to showcase developments.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop strategic campaigns and lead‑generation initiatives.
• Negotiate and manage sales agreements, contracts and closing processes, ensuring compliance with legal standards.
• Provide regular updates to clients on project milestones, timelines and any relevant changes.
• Participate in promotional events, property launches and exhibitions to enhance brand visibility.

Required profile

• Valid real‑estate agent or broker licence as required by local regulations.
• Proven experience in real‑estate sales, property management or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
• In‑depth knowledge of the local real‑estate market, industry trends and relevant laws.
