Property & Leasing Manager

About the role

A growing real estate team in Dubai is looking for an experienced, proactive and organised Property & Leasing Manager. The ideal candidate has a strong background in leasing and property management, excellent knowledge of Dubai's rental market, RERA regulations and property operations, and is able to travel across Dubai to oversee multiple properties.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full leasing cycle, from inquiries and viewings through negotiations and contract signing
• Ensure tenancy contracts, renewals and addendums comply with RERA regulations
• Maintain property listings, coordinate marketing and make sure units are viewing-ready
• Carry out regular property inspections and check units meet company standards before handover
• Handle tenant relations, renewals, move-ins, move-outs and escalated concerns
• Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up with service providers
• Keep accurate records of contracts, payments, tenancy schedules and property status
• Monitor rental trends, occupancy levels and market conditions to support leasing strategy
• Build relationships with landlords, developers and other stakeholders, and resolve day-to-day operational issues

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in leasing and/or property management
• Strong knowledge of Dubai rental laws, RERA regulations and Ejari processes
• Excellent communication, negotiation and customer service skills
• Ability to manage several properties and responsibilities independently
• Strong organisational, problem-solving and time-management skills
• Valid UAE driving licence and own car

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office
• Experience with CRM or property management systems is an advantage
