Property Manager – Premium Commercial Office Tower

About the role

The Property Manager will oversee day‑to‑day operations of a premium commercial office tower, ensuring a safe, well‑maintained environment and high tenant satisfaction. The role acts as the primary contact for tenants and service partners, delivering a premium experience for VIP and high‑profile occupiers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage tenant relationships, address complaints, and coordinate VIP requirements.
• Oversee daily property operations, including FM, cleaning, landscaping, waste management and parking.
• Maintain premium standards in common areas through regular inspections and defect rectification.
• Coordinate tenant events and activations while minimizing disruption.
• Ensure security, emergency preparedness, and compliance with HSE and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and manage operating budgets, monitor expenditures and optimise costs.
• Produce regular performance reports and maintain accurate property records.
• Manage vendor performance, service level agreements and contract renewals.
• Supervise planned and reactive maintenance activities and oversee move‑in/move‑out processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Facilities Management, Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience, including 3–5 years in a senior property management or operational leadership role.
• Proven experience managing Grade A commercial office buildings or premium assets.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
