Proposal Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Proposal Manager to join our Dubai‑based client operating in the civil engineering sector. The role will focus on managing the full proposal and tender process for projects across the UAE and GCC region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate and deliver complete proposals and bids for civil engineering projects.
• Manage bid timelines, ensuring all documentation meets tender requirements.
• Collaborate with architecture, engineering and consulting teams to gather technical inputs.
• Produce high‑quality presentation materials that adhere to branding standards.
• Maintain consistency of branding and presentation standards across all submissions.
• Oversee the final submission process and track bid outcomes.

Required profile

• Typically 5–7 years of proposal or bid management experience.
• Hands‑on experience with tendering processes in the UAE/GCC market.
• Background in architecture, engineering, consulting or other project‑based environments.
• Familiarity with the civil engineering or construction industry.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proposal tools such as InDesign.
• Knowledge of branding and presentation standards.
