Public Area Supervisor

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Supervisor – Public Area to lead the public area team at its upcoming integrated resort in Ras Al Khaimah. The role involves overseeing the cleanliness and presentation of all public spaces, ensuring service standards meet the Forbes 5‑Star classification.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate colleagues to deliver prompt, courteous service across restaurants, washrooms, marina, gaming areas, offices, outdoor spaces, pantry, staircases and lift landings.
• Conduct daily briefings, monitor uniform standards, and ensure all team members are well‑groomed and on time.
• Inspect public areas, manage deep‑cleaning schedules, and oversee special task projects to maintain resort standards.
• Report upkeep, damage, and inventory issues to the Assistant Manager – Public Area and follow up with maintenance technicians.
• Train new joiners and provide coaching, performance counseling, and disciplinary action when required.
• Maintain health‑ and safety compliance, manage supplies in guest‑floor pantries, and ensure proper use of high‑level cleaning chemicals and equipment.

Required profile

• Fluent English communication skills.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in a large five‑star hotel or integrated resort.
• Minimum 4 years public area (PAD) experience in a similar environment.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and leadership abilities.
• Customer‑focused mindset and computer literacy.
