About the role
We are seeking a highly organized Public Relations Manager to own employee, government relations and compliance operations across our UAE entities.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full visa and labour cycle for new hires, renewals and cancellations in Mainland and Free Zone entities.
- Oversee trade licence renewals for all group companies, ensuring no lapses.
- Coordinate with regional offices to align operations and communicate regulatory changes from MoHRE, Ministry of Labour and free‑zone authorities.
- Handle medical fitness applications, Emirates ID submissions and weekly petty‑cash reconciliation with Finance.
- Provide answers to internal teams on UAE labour‑related queries.
Required profile
- Ability to lead independently and manage workload without hand‑holding.
- Stay calm when deadlines stack up.
