Purchaser – Construction Procurement

About the role

AMANAGroup is seeking an experienced Purchaser to manage the procurement of materials and supplies for its construction projects. The role involves ensuring timely delivery, maintaining accurate purchase records, and supporting inventory management across multiple sites.

Key responsibilities

• Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, including supplier information, order details, and inventory levels.
• Communicate with suppliers to confirm order status and resolve any delivery or quality issues.
• Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and coordinating with project teams.
• Assist with the evaluation and selection of suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery performance.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, legal regulations, and project requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in civil procurement within the construction industry.
• Experience in the UAE construction market.
• Proven ability to handle site material procurement and supplier coordination.
• Capability to manage multiple site requirements and follow‑up independently.
