Purchasing Manager – Turkish Speaker

About the role

A leading hospitality entity in the UAE is seeking an experienced Purchasing Manager who is fluent in Turkish. The role involves overseeing procurement, supplier management, receiving and inventory processes to ensure cost‑effective and efficient operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day purchasing activities in line with company policies and budgets.
• Maintain and develop relationships with approved suppliers, negotiate pricing and commercial terms.
• Process purchase orders, monitor deliveries, and ensure quality and specification compliance.
• Support inventory management, conduct stock checks and investigate variances.
• Collaborate with finance and operational teams to maintain cost control and transparent procurement processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Purchasing or Procurement Manager within hospitality (restaurants, hotels or groups).
• Strong commercial awareness, excellent attention to detail and strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent in English and Turkish; UAE hospitality experience preferred.
