QA Engineer

About the role

Petrofac is seeking a QA Engineer to support the implementation and continuous improvement of its Integrated Management System (IMS). The role combines day‑to‑day quality management activities with audit coordination and documentation control, helping the company meet client, legal and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Senior QA Engineer in preparing, revising, distributing and implementing the IMS Manual and procedures.
• Manage daily activities of the quality management system, ensuring awareness of customer, legal and regulatory requirements.
• Draft, maintain and distribute IMS documentation; control document and data flow.
• Develop and execute internal audit plans for both corporate and project IMS, as well as support external audit preparation.
• Follow up on corrective and preventive actions, record implementation and report audit results to management.
• Maintain the codes and standards library, handling issue and return processes.
• Support pre‑qualification and customer‑driven external audits.
• Assist in IMS management reviews and coordinate with certification bodies.

Required profile

• Experience with Integrated Management Systems and quality documentation.
• Familiarity with internal and external audit processes.
• Ability to communicate requirements and corrective actions across the organization.
• Attention to detail in document control and record keeping.
