About the role
The role involves inspecting MEP, BMS and electromechanical works against approved drawings and specifications, preparing inspection documentation, and coordinating with consultants.
Key responsibilities
- Inspect MEP, BMS and electromechanical works according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Prepare inspection requests, checklists and quality records aligned with approved ITPs.
- Identify non‑conformities and verify corrective actions with site teams.
- Coordinate consultant inspections and maintain testing and handover documentation.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years experience in relevant field (MEP, BMS, Electromechanical).
- UAE experience preferred.
