QA/QC Manager – Civil

About the role

The QA/QC Manager – Civil will lead the development, implementation and maintenance of quality assurance and control systems for civil construction projects in the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and monitor QA/QC plans, procedures and Inspection Test Plans (ITPs) for all civil works.
• Lead internal and external audits as a certified Lead Auditor for Quality Management Systems.
• Conduct site and material inspections, review contractor sub‑missions and ensure compliance with civil engineering codes, MMUP regulations, safety and environmental standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants and clients on quality matters, NCRs and corrective actions.
• Supervise QA/QC engineers and inspectors, maintain quality documentation and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Certified Lead Auditor for Quality Management Systems.
• Knowledge of codes of practice, new safety regulations and MMUP requirements.
