QHSE Officer

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated QHSE Officer to join our team in the United Arab Emirates. In this full‑time position you will safeguard workplace health, safety and environmental standards while supporting our construction and facilities‑management operations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and continuously improve occupational health, safety and environmental policies.
• Conduct regular EHS audits and inspections to verify compliance with local regulations and internal standards.
• Identify hazards, assess risks and propose corrective actions to mitigate them.
• Monitor processes, track incidents and generate reports for senior management.
• Deliver safety training sessions and communicate safety concerns across all levels of the organization.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a QHSE role within the construction or facilities‑management sector.
• NEBOSH IGC certification and proven experience as an IMS auditor.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities related to risk assessment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
