Quality Control Engineer

About the role

The Quality Control Engineer will work remotely on a full‑time basis to ensure that insulation materials and related processes meet defined quality standards and industry regulations. You will partner with production, procurement and engineering teams to drive continuous improvement and maintain compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute inspection and testing plans for insulation products.
• Analyze test data, identify non‑conformities and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve quality processes and maintain documentation.
• Prepare quality reports, support internal audits and help maintain certifications.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with relevant standards.

Required profile

• Strong Quality Control and Quality Assurance background.
• Solid analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
• Degree or diploma in Engineering, Materials Science or a related technical field (beneficial).
• Experience with quality frameworks (e.g., ISO standards), documentation tools and root‑cause analysis.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
