Quality Control Inspector – E&I Compex (Onshore)

About the role

Organize and execute inspection jobs with professionalism, carrying out specific inspections on materials, equipment, and construction/installation activities on site.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and execute inspection jobs according to the approved Inspection Test Plan.
• Issue quality records and, when necessary, non‑conformance reports to the QC Supervisor.
• Check conformity with the Quality Control Plan, obtain relevant documentation, and verify procedures and equipment used in tests and inspections.
• Verify special processes and workers’ qualifications.
• Inspect power transformers, switchboards, accumulator batteries, sockets, lighting systems, remote terminal units, instruments, cables and related tunings.
• Perform visual inspections, dimensional tests and verify rating and material for connections.

Required profile

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in the Oil & Gas construction sector.
• Electrical certifications such as ATEX, CompEx (mandatory).
• Familiarity with engineering standards and codes used in QC surveillance for onshore/offshore fabrication, construction and EPC projects.
• Previous Saudi Aramco / ADNOC approvals preferred but not mandatory.
