Quality Manager - Aviation Engine Maintenance

About the role

A leading aviation engine services organization in Dubai is looking for an experienced Quality Manager to oversee quality assurance and regulatory compliance across its maintenance operations. The role manages the Quality Management System (QMS), ensures adherence to GCAA CAR 145 requirements and works with the Accountable Manager and senior leadership on operational safety and quality. Candidates with previous UAE Postholder experience and immediate availability are encouraged to apply.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the Quality Management System and ensure compliance with GCAA CAR 145 regulations.
• Monitor maintenance activities, procedures and operational systems to maintain aviation quality standards.
• Lead internal and external quality audits and ensure findings are addressed through corrective and preventive actions.
• Manage quality assurance processes and maintain ongoing regulatory compliance.
• Review, update and maintain the Maintenance Organisation Exposition (MOE) and associated documentation.
• Work with the Accountable Manager and senior leadership to strengthen operational quality and safety.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives across maintenance and engineering operations.
• Monitor corrective action processes and resolve quality issues effectively.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of management experience in a relevant aviation or engineering environment.
• Mandatory previous UAE GCAA Postholder experience.
• Strong understanding of GCAA CAR 145, aviation quality assurance, auditing and regulatory compliance.
• Experience managing QMS, MOE documentation and CAPA.
• Aircraft engine maintenance or workshop experience preferred.
• Immediate joining required.
