Quality Manager

About the role

The Quality Manager will lead the development, implementation and continuous improvement of the facility’s quality management system. Reporting to senior leadership, this role ensures compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards while fostering a culture of quality throughout the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and regularly review a comprehensive quality improvement program aligned with organizational needs and legal requirements.
• Coordinate cross‑departmental efforts to implement, monitor and evaluate quality initiatives, ensuring JCIA compliance.
• Oversee data collection, analysis and performance measurement systems, translating findings into actionable improvements.
• Lead patient‑experience programs, including satisfaction surveys, focus groups, mystery shopper initiatives and incident reporting.
• Participate in customer feedback meetings and advise senior management on satisfaction measurement tools and methodologies.
• Supervise external research suppliers, manage qualitative research activities and ensure timely, budget‑controlled delivery.
• Provide strategic oversight for proactive and reactive quality activities and report events to regulatory bodies.
• Contribute to the quality‑related budget and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in quality management within a healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory and accreditation standards, particularly JCIA.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage large‑scale improvement projects.
• Excellent analytical skills with a focus on data‑driven decision making.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with senior leaders, staff and external partners.
