Quality Manager – Offshore Subsea Project

About the role

The Quality Manager will lead the development, implementation and management of the Project Quality Management System for an ADNOC offshore subsea project, ensuring compliance across engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, installation, commissioning and hand‑over.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Project Quality Management Plan aligned with ADNOC standards.
• Lead QA/QC activities across all project phases, from engineering to commissioning.
• Conduct audits, manage non‑conformance reports and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee supplier and vendor quality surveillance, including audits and qualification.
• Coordinate with ADNOC representatives, EPC contractors, classification societies and third‑party inspectors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Industrial, Metallurgy or related); Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum 15 years of QA/QC experience in oil & gas, offshore or EPC, with at least 7 years in a Quality Manager or senior QA/QC role.
• Proven experience on offshore projects covering FEED, EPC, fabrication, installation and commissioning.
• Familiarity with ADNOC offshore standards and major Middle‑East operator projects preferred.

• Relevant certifications: ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, ASQ CQM/CQE, IRCA Lead Auditor, NACE Coating Inspector, CSWIP Welding Inspector, API certifications (desired)
