About the role
Penspen is seeking an experienced Inspector – Quality and Material Control to join a PMC project in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on ensuring that raw materials, in‑process components and finished products meet stringent quality standards, customer specifications and industry regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Verify that all materials received and used on site comply with approved specifications.
- Maintain accurate documentation for material verification, testing and measurement activities.
- Monitor processes and conduct inspections throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with engineering and procurement teams to resolve non‑conformities.
- Prepare and review quality reports and ensure compliance with ADNOC and international standards.
Required profile
- Engineering Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years on large‑scale oil and gas processing projects.
- Strong knowledge of material specifications used in the oil and gas industry.
- Certified Quality Inspector (CQI) from ASQ is highly desirable.
- Previous experience with ADNOC projects is an advantage.
