Quantity Surveying Manager – Infrastructure

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated Quantity Surveying Manager to lead commercial and contractual management for multiple complex infrastructure projects across the UAE. Based in Sharjah, you will oversee financial performance, risk mitigation and stakeholder relationships for a diverse portfolio of construction works.

Key responsibilities

• Commercial & Contract Management: Oversee cost planning, budgeting, forecasting, variations, claims, dispute resolution and procurement.
• Portfolio Oversight: Manage financial performance and risk across multiple concurrent projects.
• Leadership: Lead, mentor and develop a team of Quantity Surveyors and junior staff.
• Reporting: Deliver accurate financial reports, cost/value reconciliations and KPI tracking to senior management.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary commercial point of contact for clients, consultants and internal teams.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to contractual obligations, company policies and UAE regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management or a related field.
• 10–15+ years of experience in commercial management, with significant exposure to UAE/GCC infrastructure projects.
• Deep knowledge of standard contract forms; FIDIC experience is essential.
• Proven track record managing multiple projects simultaneously, driving cost control and executing detailed financial reporting.
