Quantity Surveyor – Construction Cost Management

About the role

This full-time, on-site Quantity Surveyor position is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. You will support project cost control, BOQ preparation and tender evaluation for LAADS CONTRACTING LLC’s construction projects.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and conduct cost estimates.
• Monitor project costs, verify subcontractor and supplier invoices.
• Assist in contract administration, variation orders and tender preparation.
• Produce regular cost reports and support budget control for project managers.
• Coordinate with site teams to ensure accurate measurement and documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Experience in interior fit-out, MEP contracting or civil works within the UAE or GCC.
• Familiarity with standard forms of contracts and local construction regulations.
• Strong analytical and numerical abilities with attention to detail.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
