Quantity Surveyor – Façade Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage project quantities, cost estimation, measurements, variations, subcontractor valuations, and commercial documentation for façade and construction projects.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed quantity take‑offs and material measurements from drawings and specifications.
• Review architectural, structural and shop drawings and project specifications.
• Prepare BOQ, cost estimates, rate analysis and quantity calculations.
• Monitor project costs, budgets and commercial commitments.
• Evaluate variation orders, claims and subcontractor quotations.
• Prepare interim payment applications, valuations and final accounts.
• Coordinate with Estimation, Procurement, Engineering, Project and Finance teams.
• Track material quantities, wastage and verify site measurements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in façade, aluminium, glass or building construction.
• Strong knowledge of BOQ, quantity take‑off, rate analysis, variations and claims.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Good understanding of construction contracts and commercial procedures.
• UAE/GCC experience preferred.
