Quantity Surveyor

About the role

We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join our award‑winning C‑QUEST team in Dubai. The role involves managing cost, contract and financial control for large‑scale mixed‑use construction projects, working closely with clients, consultants and contractors.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and control the project budget, providing regular cost reports to the client and project team.
• Oversee preparation of procurement documents, tendering processes and contractor selection.
• Implement and manage FIDIC contracts, review conditions, handle variations and ensure compliance.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for material and labour across project stages.
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, payments and contractor claims.
• Identify financial risks, propose mitigation strategies and support value‑engineering exercises.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of post‑contract management experience within a cost consultancy environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying.
• Chartership (MRICS) or equivalent highly desirable.

Required skills

• FIDIC contract administration.
• Cost estimating and budgeting.
