Quantity Surveyor – Post Contract (Dubai)

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Quantity Surveyor – Post Contract to join our Dubai team. In this position you will manage all post‑contract financial and contractual matters for building projects, ensuring accurate cost control and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage post‑contract financial matters including cost tracking, forecasting and budget control.
• Process and evaluate contractor claims, variations and change orders with thorough analysis.
• Prepare detailed cost reports, financial statements and project valuations for stakeholders.
• Monitor project expenditures against approved budgets and identify cost variances.
• Negotiate and resolve contractual disputes and claims in a timely manner.
• Maintain comprehensive contract documentation, correspondence and records.
• Conduct site inspections and measurements to verify work completion and quality standards.
• Prepare final accounts and settlement documentation upon project completion.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering or a related construction field.
• 4–5 years of post‑graduate experience in quantity surveying.
• 2–3 years of experience working in the Middle East.
