Quantity Surveyor – Subcontracting

About the role

The Quantity Surveyor – Subcontracting will support Quad Dream’s scaffolding projects by managing financial flows between clients and subcontractors. You will ensure accurate cost estimation, billing, and compliance with contractual terms, contributing to the profitability and smooth execution of each project.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and evaluate subcontractor payment certificates and client invoices.
• Develop cost estimates and pricing for scaffolding and related services.
• Coordinate with project teams to guarantee precise measurement, billing, and documentation.
• Monitor compliance with contractual and commercial requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar quantity surveying role, preferably within a scaffolding company.
• Strong knowledge of scaffold types, pricing structures, and cost estimation methods.
• Proven ability to handle client and subcontractor payment certificates and billing processes.
• Background in Civil Engineering is an added advantage.
