RCM Executive

About the role

HealthBay Clinics is hiring an experienced RCM Executive to support its Revenue Cycle Management operations in Dubai. The role is suited to a professional with strong UAE outpatient healthcare experience and practical knowledge of medical insurance billing, claims processing, reimbursement follow‑up, and denial management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage RCM activities for outpatient healthcare services.
• Process and follow up on insurance claims to support timely reimbursements.
• Handle medical billing, claim resubmissions, and denial management.
• Reconcile claim payments and resolve outstanding issues with insurance providers.
• Ensure compliance with UAE insurance regulations and payer requirements.
• Coordinate with internal departments to maintain accurate billing records.

Required profile

• 4–5 years of UAE outpatient healthcare experience in RCM.
• Hands‑on experience with insurance claims, billing, resubmissions, and denial management.
• Good understanding of UAE insurance processes and payer requirements.
• Strong follow‑up, reconciliation, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Strong knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management, UAE medical insurance claims, billing, payer guidelines, claims reconciliation, resubmissions, and denial management.
