Real Estate Accountant

About the role
IND Global Realty is seeking a full‑time Real Estate Accountant to join its Dubai office. The role involves managing day‑to‑day accounting operations for the company’s property portfolio, ensuring accurate financial records and compliance with local regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Record daily financial transactions and maintain general ledgers.
- Prepare journal entries, profit & loss statements, and other financial reports.
- Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Produce VAT documentation and ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations.
- Maintain AML records and support anti‑money‑laundering compliance.
- Assist with internal and external audits and uphold company accounting policies.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- 1–3 years of accounting experience, preferably in Dubai’s real‑estate sector.
- Professional certification such as ACCA, CPA or CMA is an advantage.
- Strong analytical ability, attention to detail and organizational skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency with accounting software.
- Advanced MS Excel skills.
