Real Estate Accountant

About the role

We are seeking a Real Estate Accountant / Property Administrator with 3–5 years of UAE experience in real estate or property management. The role will handle property accounting, collections, lease transactions, ERP management and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate accounting records for residential, commercial and retail properties, including lease accounting, billing and tenant ledgers.
• Monitor collections, track bounced cheques, payment defaults and legal recovery cases, and prepare tenant statements and financial reports.
• Coordinate with Legal and Property Management teams to reconcile disputed amounts and ensure compliance with UAE VAT.
• Support AR, AP, reconciliations, audits and ERP/PMS data entry, working with IT on system enhancements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 3–5 years of UAE experience in real‑estate/property‑management accounting.
• Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills with high attention to detail.

Required skills

• Microsoft Dynamics or similar ERP/Property Management System.
• ERP Property Management Systems.
• Advanced Excel.
